Refund policy

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email afterset.seller@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before shipping any item back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at afterset.seller@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested to help us assess the situation.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the refund relates to an issue for which Afterset is responsible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

Preorders

Preorders are purchases made before a product is ready to ship. The estimated shipping window will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

If production or shipping is delayed, we will provide updates and explain the available options, including cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law.

If you wish to cancel a preorder before it ships, contact afterset.seller@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and explain the next steps. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies, subject to applicable law.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement or wish to exchange an item, contact afterset.seller@gmail.com before sending anything back. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
